Support Process
How requests are handled
1. Submit
Send the issue through the support contact actions below. Include the product or dataset name, affected version, environment, and enough detail to reproduce the problem.
2. Triage
ZeroDriveX classifies the request by severity and scope, confirms the affected product or dataset, and identifies any immediate containment action.
3. Investigate
We reproduce and validate the issue where possible, review logs or supplied evidence, and determine whether documentation, configuration, data, or software changes are required.
4. Resolve
We provide remediation guidance or publish an appropriate correction, replacement, revision, or software update. Material dataset corrections are versioned so customers can identify the change.
5. Close
The request is closed after the resolution or recommended action is communicated. Customers may reopen the issue if the problem remains unresolved.
Commercial Data Products
Dataset maintenance and corrections
ZeroDriveX reviews reported defects, documentation discrepancies, delivery failures, and reproducible quality issues in commercial datasets. When a material correction is required, the affected release is revised or replaced through a versioned update with enough information for customers to identify what changed.
Data products are validated before publication and may be revalidated when source material, generation pipelines, schemas, or quality controls change. Security or vulnerability concerns affecting a dataset, delivery mechanism, or related software are escalated through the same support process.
